At eNeRGy Kidz, our cheerleading program provides a positive, structured environment where athletes learn age-appropriate cheer fundamentals and proper technique while building a love for the sport.

Our school-age cheer classes are designed to develop confidence, leadership, strength, flexibility, coordination, and body awareness. We emphasize safe skill progression and recognize that cheerleading is both an athletic and team-based activity. Through guided instruction and teamwork, athletes learn cooperation, communication, and respect for others—key components of becoming a well-rounded athlete.

Cheer classes are organized by skill level to ensure appropriate challenge and individual growth:

Age is determined by the Wake County Public Schools cutoff date of August 31st.

Cheer Bolts & Surge classes REQUIRE previous enrollment in the level, instructor recommendation to move up, or a skills test.
