Boys’ Gymnastics Program
Boys’ Gymnastics instruction for kindergarteners and up is divided into Recreational, Intermediate, and Advancedlevels, with class difficulty and length increasing at each level. Progression through the program is based on ongoing instructor evaluation and occurs as soon as a gymnast demonstrates mastery of the required skills for their level.
Students will learn the Olympic events of Floor, Pommel Horse, Rings, Vault, Parallel Bars, and High Bar. In the spring, gymnasts will begin connecting skills at each event to form mini routines. These routines help students safely and properly sequence skills while reinforcing the required elements for their level.
Athletics levels include: Sparks, Bolts, Strikes, and Surges
