Boys Gymnastics Schedule and Registration

eNeRGy Kidz Boy’s Gymnastics instruction for Kindergartner’s and up is divided into Recreational, Intermediate and Advanced levels with increasing difficulty and length of class at each level. Movement through the program is based on ongoing evaluation by the instructor and will occur as soon as the gymnast demonstrates the necessary skills at their level. Boy’s classes will learn the Olympic events of Floor, Pommel Horse, Rings, Vault, Parallel Bars and High Bar. During the spring, students will begin learning to connect skills at each event to form mini routines. Connecting skills is part of learning gymnastics and these mini routines include the required skills in each level. Students will connect the skills in the level that they are able to properly and safely execute.

Important Registration Information

Age is determined by the Wake County Public Schools cutoff date of August 31st.

Please be sure to note the start date of the classes below as some classes begin in June and others in August.

Preschool Dress Code (ages 1-5)

  • Clothing that will not get caught on equipment. No dresses, tutus or cumbersome clothing.
  • Hair must be in a ponytail or clipped away from the face and off the shoulders.
  • No jewelry, swim bands, or hair bows. Only stud earrings are allowed with secure earring backs.
  • Everyone must have bare-feet.

Boys Dress Code

  • T-shirt and athletic shorts.
  • No jewelry, wrist bands or swim bands.
  • Everyone must have bare-feet.
